About Randall Skach
I am a multimedia and sound designer with more than a decade of experience shaping how messages are heard and understood. Earlier in my career, I worked as a voice-over recording engineer on TV and radio commercials as well as several video game titles, and later spent seven years at Hallmark working in sound and multimedia design.
Alongside that work, I have spent years in marketing, learning how to shape messages for specific audiences, including recruiters and companies hiring for open roles. That experience taught me how small changes in clarity, structure, and delivery can significantly affect how a message is received.
Face Value grew out of that combined background. I help job seekers clarify their message, refine their delivery, and create professional introduction videos that reflect who they really are.
